Anxiety

Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear. Everyone has feelings of

anxiety at some point in their life. It’s normal to feel anxious about something like a medical test, an exam or a job interview.

A little bit of anxiety can be helpful, for example, feeling anxious before an exam might make you more alert and improve

your performance.

But too much anxiety could make you tired and unable to

concentrate.

Depression

Depression is more than just feeling sad or going through a rough patch. It’s a serious mental health condition that requires understanding and medical care.

Left untreated, depression can be devastating for those who have it and their families. Fortunately, with early detection, diagnosis and a treatment plan consisting of medication, therapy and healthy lifestyle choices, many people can and do get better.

Relationship

Perhaps you feel like your partner hardly understands you anymore. Maybe you and your partner are having difficulty communicating, and every little thing is turning into an argument. Many people feel hurt as relationship changes.

Perhaps you sometimes feel bored and restless and wish you were having more fun together. You may be less intimate emotionally and sexually.

These are not uncommon situations for couples to go through. Sometimes we just need a little perspective or some support in sorting through the conflicts in our relationships. Or you might have gone through more serious issues, such as the death of a loved one or infidelity.

It can be hard to move past these painful situations without some help.
